Welcome to my Crestwood homepage, where you are able to access classroom information helpful to your success in 6th, 7th and 8th grade Health class.
I graduated from Ohio University licensed to teach Health and more recently attended Youngstown State University to complete a Science and Reading licensure. I directed an outdoor education program called Nature's Classroom for several years, prior to becoming a CMS staff member. I have enjoyed 23 years here at Crestwood, at times teaching Health and Physical Science as well as coaching the CMS girls track and volleyball teams. Right now Crestwood students are helping to make a healthy school community by working with me to recycle, packing waste-free lunches and collecting books for our United Way book drive. The CMS staff is staying fit with evening Vitality workout sessions. When the weather warms up a little, our CMS walking club will be in full stride. Health classes will soon make a Healthy Heart cook book available to you. Stay tuned to this website for important Health class information and to watch for ways you can get involved!!
