I have a thirteen year old son in eighth grade and two dogs, one is a male black and tan dachshund named Lucky, and the other is a male dachshund/jack russell terrior mix named Camo.  I enjoy reading, beading bracelets and necklaces, watching football, and spending time with my family.  I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's Degree in special education and elementary education.  I also earned my Master's Degree at Mary Grove College.  I have been teaching for 24 years in both West Virginia and Ohio. 

My name is Mrs. May and I am the seventh grade intervention specialist. I am in two math classes and two language classes weekly.  I also work in the reading in the content area classes every day.  In my academic enrichment classes, I work with students on interventions, homework, and study skills.  My goal is to teach your child strategies to be more successful in the general education classroom.
