I have been a teacher at Crestwood since the fall of 2005. During this time, I've taught language arts in 6th, 8th, and 9th grades. I enjoy working with middle school students and sharing my enthusiasm for words, grammar, and reading.
I graduated from Crestwood High School in 2001, and I went on to study Middle Childhood Education and Health at Mount Union College (now University of Mount Union). Since graduating from college in 2005, I have received my Masters in the Art of Teaching degree at Marygrove College in 2009, and my endorsement in gifted education from Cleveland State University in 2016.
Outside of Crestwood Middle School, I like spending time running, playing volleyball and other sports, creating artistic projects and costumes, and going on outdoor adventures with my husband and our 2 sons.
