Congratulations to Crestwood School's employees for being chosen "Employee of the Month" by the district administrative team.  They were recognized at the April board meeting for dedication and commitment to Crestwood Schools by their administrators.

SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIP

CEA Sponsored Scholarships for EVERY Building!

 

Your child may be able to receive a SUMMER CAMP scholarship!

 

Your Crestwood Education Association has scholarships available at each building!

At CPS, CIS, and CMS the scholarships can be used to help pay for a summer camp of their choice.  Camps include but are not limited to scouts, 4H, church, music, sports, dance, gymnastics, day camp, etc.

 

Please fill out this application and return it to the contact person in each building by the following deadlines.

 

CPS- April 29, 2016 to Mrs. Ashley Lowe

CIS- May 1, 2016 to Mr.  Jason Light

CMS- May 1, 2016 to Mrs. Kim Marfy

 

Please put application in a sealed envelope marked SCHOLARSHIP.

You will be notified if your child is chosen.  

At CHS, the $1000 scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior.

Funding provided by your Crestwood Education Association.
