The Business Operations Department is responsible for the management and coordination of the following departments:
- Maintenance and Grounds Care
- Food Services
- Information Technology Department
- Transportation Department
- The coordination and purchasing and replacement of equipment for the district
- The coordination of the district’s utility programs
- All construction and Renovation projects that take place within the district
